This means that once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Dissatisfaction with the product (unless due to a defect or error on our part, as outlined below)
- Issues related to installation (unless installation services were directly provided by Stone Valley Landscaping and the issue stems from our workmanship)
Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Products):
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or an incorrect item that does not match your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To report a defective or incorrect product, please:
